This level of service means we will ship your order within 1-3 working days of receiving it, 90% of orders are shipped either on the same day, or the following day, however if your order is urgent we would advise using Swift Ship which will ensure your order is priority picked and shipped sooner. We will ship your order by either Royal Mail 1st Class, or on a 2 day courier service, the method used will be confirmed by email, as will any tracking number. Overall delivery should normally take 3-4 working days. We are unable to guarantee a delivery timescale for this level of service.

Swift Ship, (Select -'Swift Ship' in the checkout)

Web orders and Phone orders -£5.95

Swift Ship means we will ship your order on the same working day if it is received before 3pm, as long as goods are in stock,or the next working day if recieved after 3pm (if goods are in stock). We will ship your order by overnight courier. Goods will be received on the next working day.

Please note: Saturday is not a 'next working day' for Express Delivery.

Orders placed before 3pm on a Friday, for same day despatch (stock permitting) by Swift Ship, will be delivered on the next working day, which is a Monday(excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed on the weekend, for delivery via Swift Ship, will be despatched on the Monday (stock permitting) for delivery on Tuesday.

United Kingdom (Northern Ireland), United Kingdom (Highlands and Islands), United Kingdom (Channel Islands)
This includes Northern Ireland, The Highlands of Scotland, Onshore Islands of Scotland, Jersey and Guernsey and the Scilly Isles. We can deliver to Scottish offshore Isles and the Minor Channel Islands, however these orders are subject to a surcharge of £15 per consignment, we will contact you to confirm that this is acceptable and to take the extra payment.

This level of service means we will ship your order within1-3 working days of receiving it, 90% of orders are shipped either on the same day, or the following day, however if your order is urgent we would advise using our Express Delivery Service which will ensure your order is priority picked and shipped sooner. We will ship your order by either Royal Mail 1st Class, or Standard Courier, the method used will be confirmed by email, as will any tracking number. Overall delivery should normally take 4-5 working days. We are unable to guarantee a delivery timescale for this level of service.

Express Delivery (Cost is Weight Dependant, and can be seen in the Basket and Checkout)

This is an express service, but not necessarily next day, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery for packages upto 10kg, and a courier service for heavier items. The cost of this service is based on the weight of the Package, this is calculated in the basket and adviced to you in the basket and during the checkout process. We will ship your order on the same working day if it is recieved before 3pm, or the next working day if recieved after 3pm. Overall Delivery is 2-3 days.

Our estimated despatch date is based on using Swift Ship. If a Swift Ship is not chosen, despatch maybe delayed by 1 or 2 days depending on how busy we are. Delivery Dates as shown on our website are estimates only, while we will do our best to fulfill these dates, this is not always possible. We always prioritise picking for orders placed by Swift Ship.

Saturday Delivery (United Kingdom (Mainland) Only) £19.55

Saturday Delivery guarantees delivery on the Saturday Morning following the day that you place your order. This level of service is only available to the UK mainland, excluding the Highlands.

International Shipping

We ship to most worldwide destinations. Shipping is by Airmail and is limited to a maximum weight of 2KG.(If you wish to place an order that is heavier than 2KG, please place multiple orders) The shipping cost is dependant on the weight of your order. You can change the shipping destination in the Shopping Basket and the basket will then give an indication of the shipping cost. Delivery dates for international shipping are estimates only!

If you do not see your destination listed please drop us an email, altough please note that we no longer ship to Pakistan, India, Nigeria or any African Country other than South Africa due to large numbers of fraudulent orders from these countries. Please note that Hong Kong is a seperate destination to China, please select Hong Kong not China.

Due to International Airmail Shipping Regulations we are unable to ship Aerosols out of the UK.
