Returns and Guarantee

Incorrect orders, where we have sent you an incorrect item please contact us within 7 days by letter, phone or email. You will be expected to return the incorrect item to us, we will replace the item with the item ordered and refund the cost of return postage.

For UK and European customers, you have a right to cancel your order under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You can cancel your order up to 7 days after receiving your order by informing us by letter, email or phone. It is your responsibility to return the goods to us in original condition. On receipt of the goods we will issue a full refund.

In addition to this we offer a 14 day (from receipt of goods) no quibble returns policy, simply return the unwanted item to us in original condition and we will refund the value of the item less delivery costs. Please include your original order number with your return. You do not need a returns number.

Where items are returned to us as undelivered we will refund the value of the goods less delivery costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
